Say Wha...?

So, I was writing a new post, went to upload some pictures and got this error message:

We're sorry, but you have exceeded your photo upload quota. For more information, check out this Blogger help page.

Huh? I never knew about this. Have I been under a rock? Nowhere in blogland have I read or heard anything about exceeding a photo upload limit. I realize it has to do with available space allotted for something that's basically free, but I never knew!! Can anybody out there enlighten me? Do I now have to pay to put photos up on my blog? Just wondering what every one else's experience is. Please, DO tell.....

I've had it happen to me before! For some weird reason... but I didn't pay it. Somehow some free space got added or something and I haven't had to worry about it, but now I'm up to 99% again. I have no clue how to change it without paying...

Much Love,

I got this error message before. Don't pay. Just upload your photos to photobucket.com and copy the html code and paste it in the paste under html.

Hope this helps!

Did this happen when you were writing a post? I got the same message when I tried to add a picture to my sidebar. I deleted some of my old photos in hopes that I could add the new ones, but it still didn't let me. Hmm.
Let us know if you get any further info!

Warmly, Michelle

When I used WordPress it notified me that I would need to pay to get more storage space. I used Photobucket. The other option is that when you upload photos, to conserve space upload them at the size you want them on the site (ie 100x400 pixels) instead of the photo size that comes directly from your camera.
